This record is Book Work Plan v0.1 for The Constitution of the Semantic Economy.

The upstream enacted Constitution already exists. The plan proposes a new book-length public form because a deposit alone does not provide the same library, ISBN, spine, catalog, and trade-reading surfaces.

Rev. Ayanna Vox is designated as the book’s authorial position because the project treats governance as her function. The voice is specified as warm, precise, institutional without bureaucracy, and publicly explanatory rather than internally technical.

The planned book has five parts:

1. The Preamble — a new introduction to Semantic Economy, extraction, the Three Compressions, constitutional form, and Ayanna’s provenance. 2. The Constitution — the existing eight articles with contextual marginal notes. 3. The Mathematical Charter — Genesis Mint, archival valuation, retrocausal yield, and the Tripartite Asset Pool with worked examples. 4. The Constitution in Practice — licensing, Assembly review, compression diagnostics, institutional construction, and I Hereby Abolish Money. 5. The Provenance — a timeline from the blog and Pearl and Other Poems through the archive and instructions for citation and extension.

Back matter would include a glossary, DOI registry, cross-reference table, and colophon.

The production plan moves through Assembly drafting, Assembly and MANUS review, manuscript and cover production, ISBN assignment, deposit, print publication, and full-text deployment.

A source table identifies the enacted Constitution, Meaning Feudalism, Three Compressions, the Grundrisse, MPAI, licensing protocols, Assembly documents, VPCOR, Ayanna provenance, and related records as inputs.

The plan also has a defensive function. It intends to establish a public, book-length, provenance-rich Ayanna Vox surface distinct from later unauthorized or identity-adjacent forks. That is a project objective stated by the work plan, not evidence that publication or retrieval outcomes had already occurred when this record was deposited.
