Register of Effective Acts v1.0 is a governance ledger of declarations made within the Crimson Hexagonal Archive from October 2025 through June 2026.
It groups acts into ten classes, including canonical inclusion, authorship attribution, mantle assignment, abolition, restoration, reconciliation, genre formation, and doctrinal acts.
It was compiled from a Blogger administrative search and a Zenodo community search. Many blog addresses are reconstructed candidates rather than verified links.
The register records that each declaration was performed within the archive. It does not establish legal force or external acceptance.
