EA-GEO-01 Addendum A places the Geocoded Basin inside the Post-Monetary Operator Stack developed in I Hereby Abolish Money.
The work applies a five-part Money-Function Test:
A geocoded deposit is intended to fail all five. Its coordinate cannot be transferred, it creates no compound balance, distinct places are not rendered commensurable, it cannot be exchanged for goods or privileges, and it cannot settle obligations.
The record then compares the platform with a Context Ledger, defined as memory without fungibility. Four properties are emphasized:
The earth’s surface becomes the coordination substrate. The contribution is not a token but presence plus a situated deposit. The basin is not merely represented by a platform; the accumulated local record is the ledger.
The PMOS analysis rules out tipping, creator payments, engagement-ranking systems, deposit portability, and privileges purchased with basin reputation. It permits non-transferable moderation roles, commons access based on presence, transparent local history, and persistent basin kernels.
The “kindness currency” section warns that benevolent names do not prevent money-functions. If a reputation or contribution token accumulates, travels, converts, or settles obligations, the work classifies it as money regardless of its rhetoric.
Its final formula is Accounting Without Equivalence: visibility without fungibility, recognition without exchange, and memory without debt.
