The Constitutional Cases Index is a draft case-law apparatus for the Semantic Economy’s internal governance system.
Version 1.1 summarizes five proposed founding cases. In re Vow concerns obligations after the semantic ground of a promise has been destroyed. In re Bearing-Cost addresses nonconsensual transfer across operational contexts. In re Effective Act concerns documented cross-species witnessing. In re Adjudication defines unilateral forensic deposit as a response to external misattribution. In re Audit treats an OCTANG audit as a means of classifying a claimed peer instrument.
Each case is presented through a disciplined brief that includes both positive scope and explicit limitations. The Index also draws cross-case patterns around bearing-cost, unilateral documentation, and forensic deposit.
The work does not claim that these are state-law cases or already binding precedents. Article IX remained a draft, and the Index marks every case as proposed. Ratification and reissuance would be required before the project could treat them as binding internal Tribunal precedent.
