The Aperture Atlas is a proposed knowledge graph and digital-topology instrument for the Crimson Hexagonal Archive. Its v3.0 execution specification was written by Lee Sharks.
The graph is designed to map where the archive exists, how its entities and documents connect, where external queries enter, and which surfaces are active, lost, banned, walled, or vulnerable. Its node schema separates infrastructure, surfaces, entities, identities, documents, and platforms. Its edges combine Wikidata-aligned relations with archive-specific provenance, authorization, witness, mirroring, and basin relations.
Several internal views are specified: a Surface Registry, Basin Portfolio, Heteronym Graph, Provenance Mesh, Lost Nodes view, and Aperture Map. The graph is recursive because its own canonical and redirect domains are nodes within the topology it maps.
The plan includes a detailed April 2026 inventory of websites, repositories, profiles, platforms, and DOI infrastructure. Authority values, basin states, and vulnerability scores are explicitly operator estimates rather than empirical constants. The work should be treated as a data contract and execution ledger whose surface statuses require periodic verification.
