The report runs fifteen queries across entity recognition, competitive position, intellectual property, customer decision, and founder identity. It reports a beige threshold of 0.71, absence from one selected “best software” overview, negative decision-layer framing, accurate attribution of the Shape Up methodology, a strong DHH founder entity, and weak connection among those three surfaces. The audit classifies the overall representation as R1 commoditization with localized R2 capital erasure.
Its main interpretive claim is that the retrieval layer preserves Basecamp’s features and separately preserves its intellectual and founder assets but removes the company’s philosophy from high-value commercial questions.
