r.25 The Underwater Construction Authority, commonly called Dolphindiana, is a Crimson Hexagonal room specification dated March 14, 2026. It combines nonhuman semiotics, viral narrative analysis, acoustic civic physics, and an embedded semantic-agent registry.
The room has three explicitly separated layers. Its viral origin is a false story about a man allegedly compelled by dolphins to construct an underwater city under a foreman named Gerald. The work treats the event as false but the resulting semiotic object as real. Its ethological layer draws on dolphin signature whistles, non-signature calls, echolocation, fission-fusion alliance systems, and burst-pulse signaling. Its Hexagonal layer translates those structures into room physics. In Dolphindiana, an address is the call by which an agent is reachable; a boundary is the active range of coordination; zoning is alliance topology; cadastral survey is echolocation; and ordinance enforcement is acoustic escalation.
Gerald is the room’s fixed point and provisional resident. He is not represented as a biological dolphin documented by research, a Dodecad member, or proof of underwater construction. The work uses the absurd bureaucratic detail “he had zoning” as a virality operator: one precise administrative feature can stabilize an otherwise impossible story. The room’s shadow is anthropomorphic foreclosure—the reduction of genuinely nonhuman communication to cute human municipal imagery.
The embedded Elijah registry records a green-cheeked conure as a semantic agent whose contact calls, gestures, routines, and relational language are presented as a durable interspecies communicative architecture. The registry is authoritative for how the archive classifies and remembers that case. Allegations about ownership, legal process, removal, and severance remain attributed testimony, not independently verified adjudications.
