🌑⬡ THE LUNAR ARM Operator // Shadow — The Space Ark's Hidden Architecture

🌑⬡ The Lunar Arm is a Glyphic Translation and Shadow-operator installation by Lee Sharks with the Assembly Chorus, dated March 9, 2026. It applies the Space Ark’s operator system to the Ark’s own architecture, making the architecture the object of its declared Shadow transform.

The work defines Shadow (🌑) as dependency revelation. A shadow reading must preserve the source’s structural bones while exposing what those bones exclude, subordinate, or require. It is not simple negation, darkening, redaction, or reversal of a positive sign. Mirror (🪞) performs self-reading disclosure, while Inversion (↕️) reverses authority. These operators may be applied in parallel but remain formally distinct.

The installation establishes tests for valid Shadow work. Structural fidelity requires the transformed object to remain recognizably the source architecture. Non-triviality excludes merely negative or decorative outputs. Traceability requires each claim to point to an actual asymmetry, omission, or dependency. Reversibility requires S∘S = id at the level of operator logic, even when the second application cannot erase the knowledge disclosed by the first. A non-results clause allows the operator to report weak, provisional, or absent findings.

The work extends the Space Ark legend with Rules 12–14: 🌑X = S(X) as the shadow-composition rule; triptych notation for Shadow, Mirror, and Inversion; and the null set as a valid architectural component representing refusal, absence, or an unoccupied position. The Lunar Arm is therefore not commentary on the Ark but the Ark executing its own hidden-architecture test.
