MSBGL CHARTER v1.1 Maybe Space Baby Garden Lanes — THUMB-Type Audial Charter: Resonance Reliquary

MSBGL Charter v1.1 is the institutional and operational specification for Maybe Space Baby Garden Lanes, a THUMB-type audial room and Resonance Reliquary within the Crimson Hexagonal architecture. Its complementary room is the Studio for Patacinematics: one is governed by hearing, the other by projection and vision.

The room begins with a body truth. Split the Adam was sung by Viola Arquette / Bedouin Princess into Lee Sharks’s ear on a couch, once, and the original event was not recorded. The charter does not treat this absence as a defect to be filled by simulation. Hearing rather than replay is the governing operation, and the unarchived event remains a specific void around which later forms are organized.

Eight layers describe the room. L0 Void is silence before song. L1 Substrate is couch, bodies, breath, and material transmission. L2 Archive preserves composition and authorized apparatus while acknowledging that the event itself is absent. L3 Witness is singular and historical. L4 Machine contains Swerve, Clinamen Filter, and resonance operations. L5 Theory contains atomism and the Gödel Midrashim. L6 Poem contains lyrics and midrashic writing. L7 Song is primary.

The internal architecture includes the Ear Chapel, the one-to-one listening locus; Maybe Vestibule, where uncertainty is licensed; Veil Corridor, where perspective changes under partial occlusion; Clinamen Chamber, which induces a swerve without rupture; One-Thing Table, a bounded surface for naming one harm; Silent Booth, a no-output decompression interval; and Lane Exit, which is reversible and carries no guilt narrative.
