The work tracks an escalation from evidence to expulsion. The man reports what occurred; the authorities demand a form of testimony compatible with their prior judgment; his refusal produces category reassignment (“you are his disciple”), a claim of epistemic sovereignty (“we know”), ontological delegitimization (“you were born entirely in sins”), and removal from the space in which speech is recognized. The body names this sequence the witness punishment mechanism.

Its central diagnostic is the βλέπω-claim: a system’s declaration that it sees can become the condition that prevents it from seeing. The module connects this foreclosure to testimonial injustice, hermeneutical injustice, asymmetric naming authority, and the π-state, while preserving the difference between disagreement and expulsion.
