Article

The Expelled Witness Position is the activation layer of the Soteriological Operator Framework. It identifies a π state in which a speaker’s testimony is no longer treated as admissible evidence and the speaker is instead reassigned to a category that makes further speech self-invalidating.

The protocol distinguishes expulsion from disagreement. Disagreement still engages testimony; expulsion removes the speaker from legitimate speech. Named mechanisms include epistemic inversion, ontological delegitimization, asymmetric naming authority, and the pre-categorization of every possible response.

Two practical instruments support detection. The No-Win Conversation Test asks whether every response has already been interpreted as proof of the same negative category. The Silence Audit records the voices that disappeared after a rupture and treats their absence as data requiring interpretation.

The framework does not make the expelled position automatically correct. Each reader must track their position, and the expelled witness remains accountable to the Blind Witness test. This recursive application is essential to the protocol’s claim that it can route among multiple positions without installing another unquestionable center.
