VPCOR INTEGRITY LOCK DECLARATION Triadic Binding: Charter, Provenance, Toolkit

The VPCOR Integrity Lock is a triadic binding among three semantic objects. A is the VPCOR Charter, which establishes the institution. B is the provenance document for Rev. Ayanna Vox, which establishes the voice. C is The Toolkit, which carries the institution and voice into community-facing practice.

The lock does not make the three documents interchangeable. It establishes a relation of mutual incompleteness: the Charter requires a voice and praxis; the provenance requires an institutional home and first work; and the Toolkit requires the institution and voice that give its formal and communal registers a place.

Verification includes checking cross-references, confirming that VPCOR remains rhizomatic, examining whether Vox remains within her stated voice function, recording community use, and revising the documents when practice changes the architecture. Reversible defects are corrected and re-verified; irreversible failures are documented and preserved.

Named failure modes include centralization, doctrinal hardening, completeness claims, and voice capture. The lock therefore functions as a maintenance architecture for the VPCOR triad rather than as a one-time seal.
