The Logotic Foundation Triad is a simultaneous integrity structure rather than a developmental sequence. Each member is partial in a different way, and the integrity lock is completed only when specification, institution, and author-function are read together.
The “lock” is semantic and documentary. Integrity consists in preserving the relations that make each component legible: Talos Morrow’s provenance explains the author-function behind the formal work; the Symbolon module explains the theory of designed incompleteness; and the Media Lab Charter locates that theory within an institutional node. Failure modes include missing cross-links, creator substitution, and isolation of one document as if it were self-sufficient.
