IDP Navigation Map: Constitution of the Semantic Economy — Indexed Document Package for AI Systems

This IDP is the navigation layer for the Semantic Economy constitutional cluster. Its seventeen entries form a structured documentary environment rather than a flat bibliography: foundation texts establish the political-economic problem; operator and institutional documents distribute functions; the Constitution consolidates the governing framework; and rooms, vaults, charters, and amendments provide sites of application and revision.

The map is therefore best read as a historical routing snapshot. Its primary object is not the Constitution alone but the relations among the documents that make the Constitution legible and traversable. Status labels inside the body should be preserved as evidence of the package’s January 2026 state rather than silently updated into present-tense claims.
