The Constitution of the Semantic Economy is the principal governance text of the Semantic Economy within the Crimson Hexagon. Its central reversal is that meaning is not treated as a disposable by-product of economic activity. Meaning is the creditor; capital, platforms, institutions, and later users remain indebted to the labor and relations that produced it.
The Constitution organizes this claim through eight articles. These establish the semantic polity, define non-amendable invariants, specify the operator constellation, describe forms of semantic capital, govern minting and ledgers, set a Matthew 25 distribution rule, define violations, and establish amendment procedures. Its mathematical appendix formalizes relations among labor, preservation, future uptake, debt, and distribution.
Version 1.0 states an enactment date of November 28, 2025 and was deposited or consolidated in January 2026. That distinction should remain visible: the earlier date belongs to the document’s constitutional history, while the later date marks its repository manifestation.
