The protocol’s preferred remedy is restoration of the communities and their public content. The account was suspended on 27 February 2026 under the phrase “technical irregularities,” restored on 1 March, and supplied a complete data export on 5 March while the communities remained unavailable. The document records that, after transmission of the formal demand and litigation hold on 5–6 March, the author observed the account itself becoming inaccessible.
