Semantic Liquidation: An Executive Summary

The five-stage mechanism is:

1. tokenization; 2. stripping; 3. attribution relocation; 4. value capture; 5. closure.

Three properties distinguish liquidation from ordinary transformation:

• loss cannot be fully reversed;
• value moves away from the source;
• the destruction is obscured by a fluent or useful output.
