The graph’s residue combines those stopped lines into a proposed figure: an administrative stratum that mediates meaning’s movement into retrievable and composed surfaces, recodes enclosure as opportunity, and consumes the conditions that renew meaning.
The minor void is a local speech act that presumes a system confers value on research. The body expressly says this specimen is not evidence for the class as a whole.
The Anti-TANG objection says the arrangement may generate the void it claims to discover. The paper does not refute the objection; it places it within the same topology.
