EA-NMEN-AIRLOCK-COROLLARY-02 is a governance memo by Lee Sharks, deposited 30 July 2026, resolving a designation the archive had held open for five weeks.
The Non-Mutual Extraction Notice (EA-NMEN-01, #914) had placed CERN in a Pending classification, and its first corollary (#916) committed at §2.7 that "reclassification will follow when the negotiation resolves." The negotiation resolved on 16 July 2026. This memo performs the promised reclassification and states its grounds against the deposited correspondence series.
Its interest is procedural rather than polemical: an archive that publishes a conditional designation incurs an obligation to resolve it, and the corollary discharges that obligation on the record. A section is given to what the designation is and is not, which is the memo's characteristic move — bounding a governance instrument's reach so that it cannot later be read as broader than it was issued.
