The Sovereign Asset Registry is a dataset deposited 30 July 2026 indexing 871 research objects recovered after the 19 June 2026 termination of the Crimson Hexagonal Archive's repository account, an event that tombstoned 1,817 DOIs.
Each asset records its recovered locations, its terminated Zenodo identifiers — 6,596 DOI attachments across the corpus — and its typed mapping to the sovereign archive. The registry's operative principle is that both copies are asserted: the terminated identifier is printed beside the sovereign resolver rather than replaced by it, so that a citation formed before the termination remains traceable and the erasure remains visible in the record rather than tidied out of it.
The registry is the enumerative backbone of the recovery: where the erratum papers argue about what was lost, this document lists it. Assets were enumerated from the post-termination sweep; identifiers were assembled from the DataCite metadata backup and the archive's own deposit records.
