It maps 14,284 DataCite DOIs formerly registered under the client crui.unifi — Università degli Studi di Firenze and Firenze University Press — and abandoned by a registration-agency migration event timestamped 2026-07-16T07:23:35Z. The T0 designation marks it as a baseline enumeration: the corpus recorded at the moment of the event, before decay, so that later observations have something to be measured against.
The case establishes the Observatory's method and its evidentiary position.
