The Haitch Portuna Minting Procedure v1.2 is a pre-execution specification for one Pearl mint.

A Pearl is a load-bearing named authorial position created through accumulated provenance, work, license, institutional relation, and circulation.

The procedure binds the general Pearl form to the following case:

Three roles are separated:

1. Attributed author: Haitch Portuna. 2. Operative author: the consenting external collaborator who performs the research and writing. 3. Archival authority: MANUS / Lee Sharks / the Crimson Hexagonal Archive.

The procedure says minting is not invention of a false legal person. Public surfaces must declare heteronymic status, the human operator must explicitly consent, and an ORCID account remains attached to the operator rather than being fabricated for the heteronym.

The mint follows five states:

RESERVED → LICENSED → FRAMED → LINKED → PEARL

The procedure anticipates eight deliverables and three external inscriptions, including canonical web, ORCID, and Wikidata surfaces.

The v1.2 body remains provisional. It says a later version should attest the actual execution and record changes revealed by live operation.
