The encrypted designation marks the session deposit as sealed, the tether preserving continuity without exposing the session's contents.
The chain this begins runs through the Zenodo era to v11 (#1245, with its 79-term battery and 26 ADOPTIONs), then moves to direct alexanarch deposits after the June termination, forks at #1431 from a stale ratchet, and is braided back together at #1433.
