The Semantic Bill of Rights v2.2 is a constitution by Lee Sharks, dated 8 January 2026 at 39,050 characters — the rights charter companion to the Constitution of the Semantic Economy.
Its rights are derived from the Liberatory Operator Set rather than asserted: each right corresponds to an operator in the seven-part framework that opposes the Capital Operator Stack, which makes the charter a consequence of the economic analysis rather than a moral appendix to it.
Version 2.2 records its own revision history in its opening line — remedies separated into Part V, and jurisdictional, procedural and good-faith-use safeguards added per Assembly review.
