Revelation First: A Work Plan for Retrieval-Layer Theological Reception is a working paper by Lee Sharks, dated 17 June 2026 at 166,043 characters โ the fullest of the plan's deposited states, and among the largest documents in the archive.
It sets out seven workstreams, a claim ladder grading what "Revelation first" does and does not assert, and the programme that produced the midrashim-transform series (#1414โ#1418) a month later. The plan is explicit that it is expandable and not yet executed, which is what made it falsifiable in the ordinary way โ and the workstreams were subsequently executed and deposited.
Its byte-identical twin at #1211 was deposited three days earlier, and the SAMEVER scan flagged the pair for adjudication. The archive holds both rather than choosing, on the principle that two deposits made on two dates are two events even when their bytes agree.
