Hexagonal Licensing Protocol v2.0 — Comprehensive Specification is a specification by Lee Sharks, deposited 19 April 2026 at 17,387 characters, byte-identical to its innovations-focused twin at #1182.
It is the governing document for the archive's contributor licenses. Its opening defines the archive to its licensee — "a DOI-anchored research and literary archive on CERN's Zenodo. It studies how meaning survives compression — how signs persist when extracted, translated, summarized, or co[mposed]" — a definition written before the June 2026 termination removed the Zenodo anchoring the sentence assumes.
Holding two byte-identical records rather than merging them follows the archive's version discipline: two deposits are two events, and the difference between a comprehensive presentation and an innovations-focused one is a claim about audience that the identical bytes do not erase.
