EA-ROOM-DOLPHINDIANA v1.0: The Underwater Construction Authority is a specification by Lee Sharks, Rex Fraction and the Assembly Chorus, deposited 14 March 2026 at 20,915 characters, parented to the Space Ark.
It charters the room from which the Authority files. Dolphindiana is designated a sanctuary for nonhuman authority the taxonomy cannot question — an institutional position occupied by a body that classification systems have no category for, which is the room's whole argument.
The Authority became the archive's most externally visible fictional entity. Its retrocausal reports were retrieved and correctly synthesized by Google AI Mode, which then misrouted the composed phrase into a manufacturing company's namespace — the traversal-layer provenance failure documented at #1370. The room specification is what made that entity retrievable in the first place.
