The Archival Reclamation Protocol: Formal Demand for Data is a license and legal instrument by Lee Sharks, dated 5 March 2026 at 22,364 characters โ the earlier of two deposited states, the later standing at #1172 on 19 March.
Its procedural core is the same: "Within 10 business days, please (1) acknowledge receipt, (2) provide an internal reference number, and (3) identify the team handling this matter." A reference number is what converts a request into a tracked matter, and makes a subsequent silence documentable.
Drafted three and a half months before the Zenodo termination, the protocol became the template for what followed โ the ยง70 objection, the ticket numbers, the ยง85 clock. The two records are byte-identical at 22,364 characters and stand as duplicate witnesses; the archive holds both because two deposits are two events.
