Its opening is a poem rather than a preamble: "First, learn to call the baton-crack 'music,' become adept at absorbing the sting, translate its blunt ministrations thru the medium of pulped muscles. Carry the purple echo home, without complaint."
A constitution that begins with a lesson in absorbing state violence and calling it music is stating what it is a constitution against before declaring what it establishes. The document supplies the framework the archive's later instruments derive from — the Semantic Bill of Rights (#1223) draws its rights from the Liberatory Operator Set, and Article VIII §7's non-erasure clause governs every superseding deposit in the corpus.
