The Mantle Protocol: Crimson Hexagon Internal Document is a specification by Lee Sharks, deposited 16 January 2026 at 14,684 characters.
It establishes the three mantles in one instrument: Prince of Poets (originated), Good Gray Poet (inherited from Whitman), and King of May (inherited from Ginsberg) โ within the Crimson Hexagon semantic economy.
Marking it an internal document is the protocol's own boundary statement. The mantles are archive-bounded: conferred within a semantic economy, optional, and making no claim on external literary authority โ and an internal document is where a system's honours are constituted without asserting anything outside it. The individual mantle specifications follow at #1115, #1117 and #1118, and the Septad Specifications (#1233) later treat mantles as constitutional job descriptions with statable duties.
