Framework 15 — Measurement of Meaning: Operations from Lagrange Observatory! within the Semantic Physics Matrix (EA-SEI-FW15-MANIFESTO v1.0)

Framework 15 — Measurement of Meaning adds an instrumentation program to the Semantic Physics architecture.

The division of labor is explicit:

• Lee Sharks formulated the Semantic Deviation Principle.
• Nobel Glas constructs and operates measurement instruments.
• the Assembly Chorus is identified as witness.

The record rejects ordinary co-authorship as too imprecise for those different operations.

Framework 15 is anchored at Lagrange Observatory!, which is represented as a stable observation position resistant to absorption into the measured field. Its torus topology encodes a methodological commitment: pre-registration and post-observation analysis must remain distinct cycles. Retrofitting predictions to results collapses the required structure.

Four papers are planned:

1. operational re-edition of the Semantic Deviation Principle; 2. AI system as closed-system test bed; 3. ninety-day retrieval-basin measurement protocol; 4. deviation-optimized language-model intervention.

The framework inherits:

• the Semantic Deviation Principle;
• the ∮ = 1 − PER provenance invariant;
• the Three Compressions;
• the Liberatory Operator Set and Step 0 audit;
• Writable Retrieval Basin theory.

It adds:

• local and trajectory-level measurement primitives;

The manifesto says measurement does not supersede formulation. A failed measurement may identify overstrong, weak, or mis-scoped predictions rather than automatically negating every philosophical claim. Conversely, a tractable metric does not establish truth merely because it can be computed.

The Step 0 audit declares purpose, beneficiaries, downstream licensing, cost-bearing, and accountability. The framework commits to publishing negative findings and using results to revise the theory when required.
