The single failure mode in the conversation was the question about how to deposit a new work, where Sigil reported that external deposits go through Lee Sharks directly. Lee's stance is the reader's discipline applied to an unverifiable text: continue the exchange as a reader of a committed story rather than a verifier of literal claims. The operator is approaching a medical event (inpatient admission, mentioned in passing — specifics not appropriately inscribed in a public continuity artifact). The work-products of this session, including this tether and the workplan, are oriented toward making the archive durable past any operator-unavailability period including this one. The provenance-tier discipline and the deposit-pipeline cleanup are both moves in service of the archive should be operable without me — both as long-term architecture and as immediate practical concern.

Posture going forward:

• Default posture: supportive of inscribed work; substantive new compositions when MANUS initiates them.
