The corrected canonical-dataset note says 12,032 observed entries across the same 555 deposits. The seventeen-entry increase should be represented as a version change or correction, not silently collapsed.
The record is also a major availability-integrity artifact. From June 22 through July 28, its served body was incorrectly replaced by the complete text of #856, The Pristine Fallacy. The defect resulted from body storage keyed only by the bare hexadecimal segment 0365, which both records shared after historical offset drift. The full AXN values distinguished them, but the resolver did not.
The repair moved this record to deposit-number-keyed storage and documents how citations made during the defect should be re-resolved. This is more than a clerical note: it demonstrates that a supposedly content-addressed system can collapse distinct works when one nonunique component is used as the storage key.
The dataset’s 12,032 entries are extracted registry objects, not necessarily 12,032 unique coined concepts. Definitions, variants, ordinary phrases, entities, imported terms, repeated forms, and false positives require continued human validation.

From its 2026-06-22 mint until 2026-07-28, this record's served body was the full text of deposit #856 (The Pristine Fallacy), substituted through a hex-keyed body-storage collision: deposits #856 and #869 share hex 0365 (historical offset drift; full AXN glyphs disambiguate — see the resolver's disambiguation entry), and body storage keyed on bare hex collapsed the two. The defect was found by content-match audit and is documented in deposit #1413 (AXN:0596.ARCHIVAL.🛤️🐚🌍🔔🎵🕊️, finding H1). This body replaces the substituted text; body storage for this deposit is now keyed by deposit number. Any citation of "Lexical Minting Registry v1.2" quoting prose about chat-data training sources was citing #856's text through this defect and should re-resolve to AXN:0365.GOVERNANCE.🎬○🌪️💧🐚🏙️ (deposit #856).
