Description

This JSON dataset assigns each of 864 then-existing Alexanarch deposits to one of seven proposed journal or archive venues and assigns an editor or authorial position. It was produced as an initial routing map for a planned distributed-journal architecture. Each entry records deposit number, title, proposed journal, author or heteronym, and AXN. The mapping includes Machine-Mediated Reception Studies, Transactions of the Semantic Economy Institute, Transactions on Substrate Engineering, Grammata, Provenance/Provence, Journal of Compression Studies, and the Crimson Hexagonal Archive catch-all. The dataset is explicitly preliminary. The accompanying continuity record says the largest category was overcounted, Grammata and the archive category were undercounted, and MANUS refinement was required. Its classifications should therefore be treated as candidate routing, not publication history, peer review, editorial acceptance, or a final subject taxonomy. The file is also a useful historical snapshot of title and author projection defects present at that moment. Some entries assign heteronymic or model-assisted works to a single surface, use truncated titles, or reflect earlier AXN forms. Later creator, content-type, venue, and body audits supersede many individual fields.

Wiki Article

Preliminary Journal Mapping is a JSON planning dataset assigning 864 Alexanarch records to seven proposed publication venues. It records a candidate journal, authorial surface, title, and AXN for each deposit. The purpose was to plan a distributed editorial architecture after the repository reconstruction. The mapping was not final. Its own session documentation identifies substantial overcounting and undercounting and calls for human refinement. It should not be used as evidence that the works were formally published or accepted by those journals.
