## Methodology
Primary handwritten inscription per EA-SPXI-ANALOG-01 §B, executed in a single sitting on 2026-07-21. Photographic capture per §F: master preserved unrotated at native camera-roll aspect, SHA-256 recorded; display derivative rotated 90° counterclockwise for reading, SHA-256 recorded separately. No perspective correction, no crop touching the page edges or the ink. All display and evidentiary reference chains from the master via cryptographic hash. Custody: this deposit as canonical record, with both image objects attached; Wayback and Internet Archive mirroring at record-page live.
## Falsification Conditions
Two independent classes of falsification apply:
(a) As an inscription. Objection requires a canonical CERN act, at CERN, dated on or after this date, that operates on the same public good under a standard of care commensurate with that stewardship. Comments not meeting this condition are honored as comments but do not falsify the inscription.
(b) As a research artifact under EA-SPXI-ANALOG-01. The specification's headline hypothesis H5-ACT — that within the study window, at least one AI-composed surface answers an affair query with the Act as anchor, reproducing tracer or clause content — is falsifiable in the capture record. The verification instrument (§5) is armed with this mint; the pre-registered capture schedule and fixed query set are the falsification apparatus. NO_RETRIEVAL or SURFACE_ONLY outcomes across the study window falsify the ACT-as-citational-apex claim for this instance without falsifying the specification's more general claims. FRAME_DOMINANT is a weaker positive result; ANALOG_GROUNDED is the finding.
